A ‘Thank You’ to Our Corporate and Foundation Partners and Sponsors
Over the next week, keep an eye on our social media accounts and the Scottsdale Arts Connections blog for special shout-outs of our tremendous gratitude to generous groups in our community who make the arts possible for all. Today, we give thanks to our community partners.
Dear Corporate and Foundation Partners and Sponsors,
Scottsdale Arts, like everyone, is adapting to a “new normal” during these unprecedented times. Despite having to close our doors this past month like so many around the world, Scottsdale Arts continues to connect our thousands of audience members, Scottsdale residents, families, and artists to meaningful art—art they can create, support, explore online, find in nature, and share with others. Art provides a sense of hope for the future. And this is largely due to the critical, continued partnership by our corporate, foundation, and individual sponsors and underwriters. We thank YOU for your love of the arts, which is a lifeline for our nonprofit in good times and during this challenging pandemic.
Your support makes our community engagement programs possible, bringing the arts to vulnerable populations with less access than others—from Wolf Trap for preschool children, to Visions for at-risk high school youth with a passion for the arts, to Memory Lounge for people battling dementia-diagnoses and their caretakers. Corporate sponsorship provides tickets for hundreds of veterans to see live performances at the Center each year. Generous in-kind partners, including hotels, small businesses, restaurants, and many others, provide us with goods we otherwise could not produce for our artists, festivalgoers, patrons, staff, and program participants. Our underwriters bring exceptionally talented artists and exhibitions from around the world to Scottsdale for the benefit, entertainment, and education of our audiences.
Your vital partnership has allowed us to continue to spread positivity, joy, and a sense of normalcy as best we can through the implementation of robust virtual arts experiences, filled with resources, online exhibitions, and creativity. Our relationship together is the fabric that weaves a community of giving back in all ways. Thank you for your extraordinary commitment and generosity.
Kindly,
Denise Wisdom, Corporate and Foundation Relations Manager
