What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a form of meditation that allows the listeners to sink into an immersive experience of sounds and vibrations to induce deep relaxation while promoting healing and well-being. Tibetan sound bowls, chimes, and various instruments are used by our sound healing practitioner.

Glow Up @SMoCA is a series advocating for self-care and supporting wellness. It features sound baths and gentle yoga inside SMoCA’s exhibitions, plus a special sound bath in the James Turrell Knight Rise Skyspace to celebrate the winter solstice.
