It features sound baths and gentle yoga inside SMoCA’s exhibitions, plus a special sound bath in the James Turrell Knight Rise Skyspace to celebrate the winter solstice. Each session will be led by Melinda Milton, a skilled practitioner, who will guide you through meditative techniques. Join us and take a breather!
