This yoga practice is open to all levels and encourages mindfulness and self-awareness through gentle movement and breathwork. Take a moment for yourself, you deserve it!

It features sound baths and gentle yoga inside SMoCA’s exhibitions, plus a special sound bath in the James Turrell Knight Rise Skyspace to celebrate the winter solstice.
