What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a form of meditation that allows the listeners to sink into an immersive experience of sounds and vibrations to induce deep relaxation while promoting healing and well-being. Tibetan Sound Bowls, chimes, and various instruments are used by our sound healing practitioner.

It features sound baths and gentle yoga inside SMoCA’s exhibitions, plus a special sound bath in the James Turrell Knight Rise Skyspace to celebrate the summer solstice.
