Go with the flow and relax in this gentle yoga class led by Melinda Milton inside immersive light exhibition Squidsoup · Infinite. This yoga practice is open to all levels and encourages mindfulness and self-awareness through gentle movement and breathwork. Take a moment for yourself, you deserve it!

It features sound baths and gentle yoga inside SMoCA’s exhibitions, plus a special sound bath in the James Turrell Knight Rise Skyspace to celebrate the summer solstice. Each session will be led by Melinda Milton, a skilled practitioner, who will guide you through meditative techniques. Join us and take a breather!
