Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts proudly presents HOMEGROWN—an evening dedicated to celebrating the strength and creativity of Arizona’s rich choreographic landscape. This inaugural program highlights four accomplished choreographers: Alicia Nascimento Castro, Liliana Gomez, Candy Jimenez, and Halley Willcox– Methods of Madness Dance Theater. These artists are planting bold new ideas and pushing creative boundaries—and we’re thrilled to showcase their latest creations, many of which will make their Arizona premiere. Join us for an inspiring evening of movement, momentum, and the vibrant artistry thriving right here in our own backyard.
HOMEGROWN is a reflection of the Center’s ongoing commitment to supporting the blooming talent within Arizona’s dance scene and the growing presence of contemporary dance in the Valley of the Sun.
