Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp, who originated the roles of Roger and Mark in RENT, team up for a brand-new show celebrating 30 years of friendship and music! Pascal and Rapp explore their history in one remarkable night of music, stories, and fun. Originally debuting Off-Broadway, RENT, by Jonathan Larson, has become an international phenomenon. It received both the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the Tony Award for Best Musical. Fans everywhere relate to the theme and stories of RENT, connecting intimately with the characters and the actors who portrayed them. Since their time as members of the landmark show’s original cast and their subsequent careers on Broadway and in television and film, Pascal (Aida, Memphis, Something Rotten!, Disaster!, Pretty Woman) and Rapp (You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown; Hedwig and the Angry Inch; If/Then) have remained close friends.

About the Artists
Adam Pascal starred as the original Roger Davis in the Off-Broadway, Broadway, and London productions of RENT, for which he received a Tony Award nomination. He also reprised the role in the 2005 film adaptation. Pascal originated the role of Radames in Broadway’s Aida, and he played the final Emcee in the Roundabout’s production of Cabaret. Additional Broadway credits include Huey Calhoun in Memphis, Billy Flynn in Chicago, Chad in Disaster!, William Shakespeare in Something Rotten!, and Edward Lewis in Pretty Woman. He can also be seen and heard as Freddie Trumper in the Royal Albert Hall production of Chess, available on DVD, alongside Josh Groban and Idina Menzel. Pascal has also had success as a producer in bringing the Off-Broadway hit Fully Committed to the stage in early 2000. He can be heard on multiple cast recordings and compilations and seen on the screen as Theo in the smash hit School of Rock, as Eddie in the cult classic SLC Punk, and as The Agent in horror director Darren Bousman’s musical thriller The Devil’s Carnival Alleluia.
Anthony Rapp has been acting and singing professionally since he was 9 years old. He is best known for originating the role of Mark Cohen in RENT, for which he shared an OBIE Award with the rest of the cast. He reprised his role in Chris Columbus’s film version opposite other members of the original cast. Other Broadway credits include the revival of You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown; John Guare’s Six Degrees of Separation; and If/Then. His Broadway debut was in Precious Sons with Judith Ivey and Ed Harris, for which he received an Outer Critics Circle Award and a Drama Desk nomination. Film credits include Adventures in Babysitting, School Ties, Dazed and Confused, Six Degrees of Separation, Man of the Century, Road Trip, A Beautiful Mind, bwoy, and Scrap. Television appearances include the role of Commander Paul Stamets on the Paramount+ series Star Trek: Discovery, as well as The X-Files, Law & Order: SVU, and Psych. In 2000, he released his debut album, Look Around, and in 2006, his New York Times bestselling book, Without You: A Memoir of Love, Loss, and the Musical Rent, which was published by Simon & Schuster and served as the inspiration for his hit Off-Broadway show.
