In this workshop, you’ll learn specific techniques for integrating art into the curriculum through tailored lesson development. Through group exercises and one-on-one coaching, by the end of the workshop, you will have a lesson you can take into your classroom the very next day!

This workshop is intended for non-core classroom teachers, teachers new to arts integration, or those who need an overview and refresher. By the end of the workshop, you will understand the impacts of arts integration, practice using a variety of strategies, and be able to incorporate techniques into lessons and connect to standards right away with your students. Strategies shared will include music, movement, tableaus, puppetry, sculptures, reading visual art, and STEM activities.
